Terms of Service

We provide residential and commercial moving services in Texas, including full-service moving, labor-only moving, packing, unpacking, long distance moving, and related moving supplies. The specific services for your job will be confirmed in your written estimate or work order.

Estimates are based on the information you provide about your move. Local moves are typically billed hourly based on crew size and time on the job. Long distance moves are typically billed based on inventory, distance, and required services.

Estimates are non-binding unless explicitly identified as a binding quote in writing. Final charges may differ from the estimate if the actual scope of the move differs from what was described, including changes in inventory, access, distance, or time required.

Bookings are confirmed once you accept the written estimate and any required deposit has been received. Deposits secure your date and crew and are credited to your final invoice.

Payment in full is due upon completion of the move unless other terms have been agreed to in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved business checks. Returned checks and chargebacks may incur additional fees.

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed move. Late cancellations may forfeit a portion or all of any deposit, and same-day cancellations may be billed a minimum service charge.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your inventory, addresses, and access
• Ensure safe and lawful access to both the origin and destination locations
• Disclose any high-value, fragile, or hazardous items in advance
• Be present (or designate a representative) during loading and unloading to confirm inventory and placement
• Disconnect appliances, electronics, and water lines unless we have agreed to do so

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition, illegal substances, perishable food, live animals, plants, or items of extraordinary value (cash, jewelry, important documents, irreplaceable mementos) unless specifically arranged in writing.

Standard carrier liability is included with every move at the rate required by Texas law. Additional valuation coverage is available on request and must be arranged before the move begins.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within nine (9) months of delivery. We are not liable for damage to items packed by the customer, items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or pre-existing damage.

When you hire us for labor-only services and provide your own truck or container, you are responsible for the suitability and condition of the vehicle. We are not responsible for damage caused by defective equipment, improper loading constraints, or transit conditions outside our control.

We make every effort to honor scheduled arrival windows. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, customer-caused delays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any legal action will be the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
